David Lau is an Angolan Youngman who flew to the Netherlands at the age of 14 after he lost his parents. The previous 5 years David lived in the Netherlands, has been able to pass for his exam, got his high school diploma and is totally integrated.
Due to the last changes under the law David lost some good opportunity; After being expelled out the Netherlands, David (20) came back from Angola with the help of some friends and wants to study mechanical engineering at the Delft University of Technology.
David has no family to vouch for him, may not apply for governmental support and can only work under restrictions. Foundation "Tweezicht" wants to help this promising Youngman and make it possible for him to attend his studies.
David is disposed to work in order to pay his tuition. At the current moment is it only possible under restrictions imposed by the law. He can only pay any possible debt after his studies.
